This is more than a rental, it’s a safe space, a haven, rooted in intention. Created by a team of experienced and passionate women, our studio was built to be a soft landing for transformation, creativity, and meaningful experiences.

Tell me more about the Metta + Moxie event studio:

Metta+Moxie is a multi-use wellness studio that encompasses 6 therapeutics offices for our team of practitioners and an event studio, available as a rentable experience.
In addition to it being available to YOU to rent and use, Metta+Moxie will use this space for our signature retreats, workshops, and community events, our practitioners clinical needs.
Our doors are open! We will begin event bookings October of 2025!
Our new location is located on North Old Woodward Avenue in downtown Birmingham, Michigan. Sitting atop the north end of downtown, accessing us is simple: be it from Woodward Corridor, Quarton / West Big Beaver Road or Maple Road.
Mere minutes from Bloomfield Hills, Ferndale, Royal Oak, Southfield, and Troy. Only 25 minutes from Detroit.

Yes, there is a parking lot directly in front of the entrance that is metered by the city of Birmingham using the Park Mobile App (city hours apply). Additionally, directly south of our building is the parking lot where the Birmingham Farmers Market takes place each Sunday (seasonal). Being in the north end of downtown, plenty of nearby metered street spots are available.
- Up to 50 comfortably (standing/mingling)
- Roughly 30 yoga mats.
Small to medium sized events of 10-50 would be ideal in our event space. The studio is flexible, including:
- Wellness workshops + retreats
- Yoga + movement classes
- Support groups + women’s circles
- Corporate events
- Intimate celebrations + creative gatherings
- Photography or styling sessions
- And more!
The studio is workable for the type of gathering you envision!
The event studio is a feminine and neutral canvas amidst the trees. Just enough furnishings with flexibility for more. Soft earthy tones evoke tranquility and comfort. Thoughtfully designed lighting, sound and textures that enliven the senses.
Yes! We’d love to show you around. Tours are available by appointment only with our Event + Community Manager, Emily!

Before I Book:

The studio is available to rent with a 2 hours minimum:
- 2 Hours Rental: $200
- Half Day Rental (4 Hours): $350
- Full Day Rental (8 Hours): $600
