Through grounding Yin yoga, gentle Reiki healing, ear seeding, an herbal tea ceremony, and intentional community, we’ll honor the season of light while creating space for stillness within. Expect a deeply nourishing experience designed to calm the nervous system, awaken inner clarity, and reconnect you to the wisdom of your body.

Guided by longtime friends and healers Tamara + Kelly, this immersive offering is rooted in the belief that healing begins when women gather with openness, authenticity, and care. Together, they weave their gifts to create intentional, heart-centered experiences that invite community, connection, and remembrance. Their offerings are grounded in authenticity, presence, and a shared intention to hold space for others to soften, open, and return home to themselves.
