Private Yoga: Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have a lifelong practice, we will offer you a personalized experience. We will work individually with your specific needs and adjust your practice accordingly.

Trauma Sensitive Yoga: Through our trauma sensitive yoga training, we will work with you to provide a treatment that addresses trauma informed mind body integration to inspire connection to your whole self.

Small Group Yoga: If you have a group of women you’d like to gather and move with, a group yoga class is a perfect way to do that! We will create a class specific to your groups skill level, theme of gathering, and any other needs you might have.
